SSLNext Inc. (“SSLNext”) respects your privacy.  This privacy statement covers the Web sites located at SSLNext.com, SSLNext.net, SSLNext.org and/or SSLNext.us (the “Sites”), and addresses the following issues:

Information Collection and Use
Information Collection

SSLNext does not collect any personally identifiable information from our users of our Sites.

Orders and Purchases

We do not process orders or purchases on our Sites and therefore do not request any information from the user of our Sites.

Cookies

SSLNext Sites utilize a standard technology called "cookies" (see explanation below, "What Are Cookies?") to collect information about how our Sites are used. Information gathered through cookies may include the date and time of visits, the pages viewed, time spent at our Sites, and the Web sites visited just before and just after our Sites. This information is collected on an aggregate basis.

We do not use Cookies to capture any personally identifying information about you.

What Are Cookies? Cookies are a feature of Web browser software that allows Web servers to recognize the computer used to access a Web site. Cookies are regular pieces of data that are stored by a user's Web browser on the user's hard drive. Cookies can remember what information a user accesses on one Web page to simplify subsequent interactions with that Web site by the same user or to use the information to streamline the user's transactions on related Web pages. This makes it easier for a user to move from Web page to Web page and to complete commercial transactions over the Internet.

How Do We Use Information We Collect from Cookies? We use Web site browser software tools such as cookies and Web server logs to gather information about our Sites users' browsing activities, in order to constantly improve our Sites. This information assists us to design and arrange our Web pages to continually improve our Sites to better meet the needs of our users.

We do not use these technologies to capture any personally identifying information about you.

Some of our business partners to whom our Sites provide links may use cookies on their site.  However, we have no access to or control over these cookies.

Log Files

Like most standard Web site servers we use log files for our Sites.  This includes internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, internet service provider (ISP), referring/exit pages, platform type, date/time stamp and numbers of clicks to analyze trends, administer the Sites, track user’s movement in the aggregate, and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use.

IP addresses, etc. are not linked to personally identifiable information.

Sharing Information with Third Parties

We do not share any information with any third parties.

Aggregate Information

We do not share aggregated demographic information, including non-personally identifiable information, with anyone.

This Site contains links to other sites, although this privacy statement applies solely to information collected by this Site.  Please be aware that SSLNext is not responsible for the privacy practices of such other sites.  We encourage our users to be alert and aware when they leave the Site and to read the privacy statements of each and every Web site that collects personally identifiable information.

This privacy statement does not cover information that may be collected through software that may be downloaded from our Sites or any third party site that our Sites may link to.

Legal Process

Though we make every effort to preserve user privacy, we may need (and we reserve the right) to disclose information when required by law, such as when we have a good-faith belief that such action is necessary to comply with applicable laws or regulations, or a court order or legal process is served on SSLNext.

Notification of Changes

If we decide to change our privacy policy, we will post those changes to this privacy statement, the home page of the Site, and other places we deem appropriate so our users are always aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we disclose it.  We will use information in accordance with the privacy policy under which the information was collected.
